We had lunch in a café called “Munya” after we visited Komazawa Park in Setagaya Ward. It is located in the Fukasawa area, only about a 10-minute walk from the park. The café is dog-friendly, so you can bring your dog inside. Actually, I saw two groups of people with small and cute dogs (on the leash) enjoying their time in the cafe. The restaurant is not overly spacious, but there is plenty of space between the tables. It was very comfortable to sit in the wooden chairs, with a cushion and blanket. We ordered a set meal which came at 1000 yen, and we really had a great and relaxing time.

Munya Café and Restaurant
A cozy dog-friendly cafe along Komazawa Street

Very cozy and relaxing interior...
... and some nice decorations
Set meal menu for lunch: fried ginger pork, hamburger, sauté of mackerel, green curry, three-colored don and pasta. Salad, soup and drinks are also included.
The green curry. It is milder than you might expect, but very tasty.
Sansyoku-don (three-colored don). Red is tuna, green is avocado and white is grated yam. Perhaps it is another version of the California Roll...?
Tea and coffee after our meal. I was very happy to be able to enjoy a very nice cup of coffee, as I really don't like bad coffee after a nice meal (unfortunately it happens in some restaurants).
Some antique furniture
The cafe has different areas, so you are free to choose your favorite space.
